*A note about pricing in the tile setting industry
My prices will beat any company in the Yellow Pages. There are many apprentices, and other workers who are willing to install your tile at a deeply discounted rate. Be wary of these workers because they lack the experience to finish your job correctly and responsibly.
Basic prices do not include materials, add-on surface prep work, or custom additions such as patterns and borders. Daily Minimums apply on certain smaller projects and repairs.
Q: How long have you been installing tile? Do you have pictures of your work?
A: I have been a tile setter full time for the last 11 years. Most big companies send out hourly waged workers who have been in the field a very short time, and come cheap. I will install your tile correctly, it will be a solid job that you will be happy with.My crew of 3 hard workers are also highly skilled and trustworthy in your house. I do have a catalog of pictures that I have taken from previous jobs to show some of the work I have done.
Q: How long will the install take?
A: Every job is different, and the short answer is however long it takes to install the job correctly. Typically, it is 1 day for every 100 finished sq. ft. on the floor, or 2 days for every finished 100 sq. ft. on walls or countertops.
Q: Do you Guarantee your work?
A: Yes... the labor is guaranteed for 3 YEARS!... If you encounter any problems be sure to give me a call. Has not ever been an issue but is security for you in the invoice.

I carefully took it down and rebuilt it as original to it's 1920's date with out a scar.

in derelict group of farm buildings.
Stairwell out of old reclaimed wood with fabricated under stair closet
- they wanted it to look as old - not recently built.
Fence in Hollywood for vintage Spanish Arts and Crafts home - I did it
with mortise joints for this hillside home.
