Tile Demo And Grinding Service Sacramento Area

Looking for a person with the correct tools and experience in taking up old ceramic tile. Well you can look no further. I have demolition jack hammers and a grinder/disc with dustless system that can do the job right. The demo hammers have a special bit for taking up tile quickly. On top of that the grinder is a dustless system with a 8500RPM ginder that attaches to a shop vacume to make the job as dust fee as possible. Have done a ton of work in this area and was involved in the Chase Bank remodels that required removal of all the ceramic tile on the floor and grinding all the thinsett off. This produces a smooth floor for the next flooring to be installed too. I'm a licensed, bonded, and insured California Flooring Contractor. Although prices may vary depending on the job $2.50 a square foot is the number that general works. This includes demo of the tile, grinding the thinset off the floor and depending on the job size hauling away of all the debris may be included. Give me a call or text at 916-439-3301.
